A repeatable system, not more data
Federal-growth teams do not need more data. They need a repeatable system for finding the right opportunities, evaluating what to pursue, defining a winning thesis for a proposal, and producing compliant, competitive submissions. This webinar introduces Streamline as a leading platform across the non-dilutive federal and corporate funding lifecycle.
Streamline gives enterprise teams a single AI-powered environment to move from discovery through submission. Discover surfaces relevant federal, state, local, and corporate opportunities. Evaluate analyzes eligibility, fit, requirements, and strategic alignment. Apply organizes owners, source context, drafting, and submission readiness. Teams gain faster go/no-go decisions, clearer accountability, less manual RFP review, and a stronger, more consistent pursuit process.
For NIH SBIR clients, Streamline adds proprietary intelligence on what wins. Its NIH tools are informed by a FOIA-cleared corpus of selectively screened SBIR/STTR applications paired with summary-statement feedback. The NIH SBIR Hub applies that intelligence across Thesis Framing, 4th Reviewer, biosketches, ancillaries, Research Strategy drafting, and submission-readiness checks.
FedScout will cease operations on September 30, 2026. Streamline is proud to welcome FedScout clients as their preferred next platform, and this webinar will walk through a practical transition path so your discovery and qualification work carries forward without interruption.
Outcomes
- Understand Streamline's capabilities for two key markets: enterprise clients, including consulting firms, prime contractors, and medium-sized businesses pursuing federal and corporate funding, and NIH SBIR/STTR applicants, small businesses with fewer than 500 employees pursuing life science applications.
- Create a shared process for searching, evaluating, qualifying, prioritizing, and tracking federal pursuits.
- See one enterprise RFP workflow and one NIH SBIR workflow demonstrated live.
- Know where to begin, which profile and workspace inputs matter most, and how to engage the support teams after the webinar.
